Multifunctional center "OKO" is a large-scale project of Capital Group in "Moscow-City". It consists of two skyscrapers connected by a stylobate of a crystal form at the base . The agency had the task to develop a navigation system and harmoniously integrate it into the architectural environment of the multifunctional complex "OKO", taking into account the stylistics of the interior design of each of the zones.
The task of design is to make the complicated simple. The practical goal of the agency is to build navigation in such a way that pedestrian flows of residents of apartments do not cross with the flows of employees and visitors of the business block. Analyzing the object, we divided it into three functional zones: A-apartments, B-business, C-cristal.
The residential and the office towers are completely separated In "OKO". The 85-storey residential tower, which houses exclusively apartments intended for living, has a height of 354 meters, which makes it the tallest residential skyscraper in Russia and Europe.
"OKO" is the perfection of simple geometric forms, their organic integration into the modern space of the center of Moscow business life and at the same time a play on contrasts, through which the project is declared to be the "visual center" of the MIBC.

The navigation system is designed in such a way as to completely separate the flows of the residential and office towers. This allows to create privacy for residents of apartments, which is one of the most important conditions for comfortable living of the apartment owners in Moscow City and an important advantage over the other towers of Moscow City.
